i have cleard ipc grp 1 in this exam.Which is the last date for ca - final regi. and joining a'ship so that i can appear for nov 2018 final exams?

there will be no due date for registration of cafinal ,you will get cafinal attempt after completion of 6 months,
you should register articleship on or before 30-04-2016 to write nov2018 final exam,you may register for final any time before submitting cafinal exam form.
but incase where students passed both groups student must register for cafinal also along with articleship
