How to get re-registered for IPCC ?

You mean re-register means re-validate or renewal of your IPCC registration which is expired.
If yes then please send your mail id i will forward you re-validation application form,
If no then please post your view in detail.

Yes, you can submit your IPCC May 2014 exam application form before getting of confirmation of revalidation of your IPCC from ICAI.
