30 June 2012 When goods were purchased from unregistered dealer (Suppose hawkers) who is even not issuing sale invoice to the purchaser? Then what is the liability of the purchaser in respect to the purchase made by him as regards to the tax liability and invoice?
Purchaser will resale the goods.
