My query is wether Invoice is required if lease aggrement is signed. In case Rent attracts TDS on rent, Since as per new rule PAN is required to be mentioned on Invoice.

No, there can be no invoice for rent. Lessor can provide his PAN no to the lessee and there they will fulfill the requirements of Section 206AA
