Query: Whether pvt company dealing in software services can invest its surplus funds in pharma sector companies. Please clarify me are there any restrictions on a pvt co on its investments?

27 February 2011 Yes PVT ltd co can invest its fund in any other corporate under provision of sec 372A of Companies Act 1956.
