Dear Experts, I received a 143/1 intimation and forgot to reply within 30 days. I cannot see any option to submit a response now. What should I do?

It is showing that, there is variance of Rs 50,000, in Partners' remuneration in "General Part 2" and "Profit & loss Account". It is true filing has been by putting wrong figure in General Part 2 in ITR 5 where each partner's remuneration is shown. I have filed a revised return but after the expiry date of notice period. I have some tax refund. So, what to do next?
