I have received an intimation u/s 143(1)for A Y 2010-11 and there is a demand of Rs.443/- which I have paid after receiving intimation.So now I shall file the new or revised return or only payment of tax is sufficient?????

Payment of Tax is sufficient. You can do one thing you write a letter to IT that you have paid the amount demanded in Intimation and attach a xerox copy of the paid challan.
