INTIMATION OF CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

16 June 2011 Hi,

Kindly advice me on documentation required for intimation of Registered office change to the Serviece Tax Dept.

Change of Registered Office is within the state(Within Hyderabad city) of a Private Limited Company.

Advice needed on any specific form required, enclosures and the addressing authority to mention in letter head.

16 June 2011 On Line amendment in ST1 required and print a copy of ST1 and submit to department with an application on letterhead and get new ST2.

Thank you very much for your kind reply.

Can you help me about addressing authority for mentioning on letter head? We are located at Hyderabad.

And we also need to intimate about Change of Director. Those details are not Form ST1. So Whether just a letter head intimation is enough for that?
