03 April 2015 Please tell me how to tell the interviewer when he/she asks what is your profile in your organisation?? I am handling following work in my office:-

1.TDS analysis with 26as.
2.Scrutiny of trial balance on weekly basis and making correction thereof.
3.FDR accrued interest computation and tds thereon as per 26as.
4.Coordinating with Statutory Auditors.
5.Computation of Employees TDS.
6.PF computation and verification.
7.Filing of tds returns in webtel.
8.Balance sheet preparation as per revised schedule vi.
9.Computation of depreciation as per companies act 13.
10.Verification of service tax returns.
11.Check whether tds is deducted or not before making payment.

03 April 2015 You can summarize it as you are looking after accounts and taxation part, co-ordination with statutory auditors and a bit of HR part.

And in detail you can explain as under,

Accounting:
1.) ledgers scrutiny
2.) from working out depreciation to preparation of balance sheet.

Taxation:
1.) Looking after TDS is deducted as per provision or not
2.) TDS receivable showing in AS26 is in accordance with books (explain what action you take in case of mismatch)
3.) Filing of TDS returns
4.) say exactly what you do in service tax (i.e. preparing data for return filing or you own file ST return)

HR: Verifying PF is deducted according to relevant act.

Of course your profile is goos as a CA.

As far as package is concerned apart from profile it also depends on your experience, you caliber, your confidence level, your communication skill, company and city where you are applying for etc.

05 April 2015 As I replied in my previous post, it also depends on how many years experience you have.

And I don't have idea about what packages are offered to freshers and experienced CAs in delhi.

Even you can analyse the same as you are living in delhi.
