we are electrical contractor and want to transfer material from faridabad to mathura branch.
plz suggest the procedure and documents required

First,both branches should be registered under the respective VAT Acts of say,Delhi and UP.You should issue Form T2 the official delivery note and your delivery challan along with the goods dispatched by you.The Mathura branch in UP should collect F forms from the website of UP VAT department i.e. www.upvat.gov.in. on line. Necessary username and password may be obtained from the concerned vat of Mathura branch for this purpose.....mjk
