Interest on RPF


14 December 2010 what is the diff b/w RPF and EPF and i have doubut dat which interest rate is hiked,bcoz earlier interest on RPF credit balance excess of 9.5% will be treated as salary and taxable.

14 December 2010 AN Employees Provident Fund (EPF) recognised by Commissioner of Income Tax is called Recognised Provident Fund.


Exemption Limit of Interest is still 9.5% p.a.
