In any case interest on Housing loan can be more than Rs.1,50,000 like if it include Pre construction period interest?

Whether Pre construction period interest should include in Interest on Housing loan.....??????? or should be considered separately.

26 July 2010 total deduction allowable for interest on purchase of SOP inclusive of pre consturction period interest is Rs. 150,000.
