Interest for late payment of etds u/s 234e

We have received the notice for Interest of Late payment of ETDS U/S 234E.

While we are trying to fill the details in challan 281 to make the payment online we are unable to find out that option.

Please help me out from this issue and please show the way to make the payment through online..

01 October 2013 you can fill as penalty in the challan. section you can fill any of the major deductions involved in the return
