Intellectual property is the skill, knoledge, art or special technique acquired by someone during the course of one,s engagement in that job. A designer engaged foe the development of a website, an author of a book, a trainer of arbitrage techniquies of the capital markets may acquire knowledge because of his engagement. These are the examples of intellectual properties.
