Look at the defintionof input services- Examine the expenses on which ST chagred. Almost all services connected to the output service wouldbe available. Also the central excise duty on the inputs [ chemicals etc] as well as on the capitalgoods used to provide the service- sparayers etc on which CED paid would alsobe admissible.
