I have heard that Gujarat Vat department have issued a circular of CST input credit on purchase

Mostly,the Gujrat govt will not issue a circular allowing to avail CST paid on interstate purchases as input credit. That will amount to huge loss of revenue to the state govt.It is also outside the norms laid down for the VAT laws.....mjk
