01 October 2010 Does the IT Authorities has the power to inspect & take copies of Books of Account of a Company other than the Company for which they have come for inspection?

01 October 2010 If the books and copies are found within the premises of that co. for which they have search warrant than it authorities may take copies of books of a/c ctc. however these can be released later.
