vacany of industrail training in future india at begluru is still open? i have just completed 1 year and 9 month training may i apply for the same?

Technically, you are permitted to work as an Industrial Trainee in the last year or last Nine Month of your article training period. If your principal and the prospective recruiter have no issues in taking you on-board, you can proceed as per their direction.
