whether submission of form 104 will be sufficient to do training in SAIl or i have to attach some documents of sail with it to get training from it. If SAIL does not want to enter into MOU with ICAI then can i do training in SAIL or not?

If SAIL fullfiliing criteria of turnover (Ask CA Inst) then need not to enter into MOU with CA Inst
