what should be done while doing C.A to increase pay scale??

1. Keep working on your attitude and skills
2. Try to learn from seniors
3. Try to take more responsibilities and handle them perfectly
4. Try and learn to handle pressure situation.
5. Be humble in your behavior irrespective of the fact that you are dealing with a senior or junior.
