increase in authorized capital

09 April 2011 I have applied to MCA (form 23 and form 5) for increasing authorized capital of a private limited company from Rs 1 lacs to Rs 1 crore.As form 23 is being required for resubmission stating that date of board resolution should be different from date of AGM.My date of AGM,board resolution and notice is as follows-
Date of AGM-05/03/2011
Date of Borad resoultion -05/03/2011
Date of notice for AGM-12/02/2011
What should be correct date?

as it is the date of board resolution that it was decided to call AGm
