Increase in authorised share capital

25 June 2010 We have filled form 5 to increase the authorised share capital from 25 lacs to 1 crore of pvt ltd compnay & it is got approved from ROC so now what is the further procedure in connection to this?

25 June 2010 Since the form is approved by ROC the authorised capital has been increased.

Now if want to make any allotment of shares then file form no. 2.
