Increase in authorised share capital

28 December 2013 what will be the ROC fees if the private company is raising its authorised share capital from 25 lacs to 50 lacs? Also, whether board resolution or ordinary resolution is required in filing form 5?

28 December 2013 In which state is the registered office of the company? The stamp duty varies from state to state

29 December 2013 and ordinary resolution shall suffice provided no change in AOA is required.


30 December 2013 The company's registered office is in Jharkhand

30 December 2013 The ROC fees will be Rs. 50,000/-. As per my knowledge, stamp duty in Jharkhand is Nil for increase in authorized capital.

30 December 2013 Agreed with Mr. Nikhil. Also remember that the fees calculated from the above link is excluding stamp duty (if any). For stamp duty you should refer rate of stamp duty chart available on the same page.
