My new client had taken registration under composition scheme and not filed single return from July 2017, Now he requested me to complete backlog. He is CONTRACTOR and service mentioned in registration is works contract for which no composition scheme is allowed. Now I cannot opt out from composition retrospectively. Please suggest solution. Thank you.

For those service as u mentioned ,composition scheme is not apply.Kindly convert from composition scheme to regular scheme..on line features is given on GST portal.
