22 October 2013 Dear sir,

Now we are incorporating a Pvt Ltd Company(ie,on 21.10.2013).

My quation is whether to submit MOA & AOA in old format( as per companies Act,2013) or any new format suggested by MCA.

The MOA & AOA will be submitted as per new Act after a company going to be incorporated after 12.09.2013.

Now you have to prepare and file MOA in accordance with Companies Act, 2013.
