06 January 2015 Respected Experts,
is that a company registered under COMPANIES ACT,1956 need to convert itself under COMPANIES ACT, 2013 in order to get benefit of the new amended rules.

if so , then please let me know the last date for doing so.

06 January 2015 Companies Act 2013 applies to all the company which is in existence on the introduction of this act, thus you need not convert the company the rules, laws and all other circular issued under companies act 2013 automatically applies to company incorporated under Companies Act 1956.

sir as per your opinion IS THERE A NEED TO ALTER THE MEMORANDUM OR ARTICLE OF THE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED COMPANY, REGISTERED UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT,1956?
