26 July 2011 I am having a partnership firm intending to be converted into a private limited company.
I have understood that i will have to file FORM 1A, 1, 18, 32. (Please correct me if i have to fill any other form also)

Can someone tell me the fees of all these forms. I am from Rajasthan.

The capital in the partnership firm is currently 10 crores.

26 July 2011 First of all you have to mention what is the authorised capital of your company. The fee depends on authorised capital.

Why do not you contact a C.A in Rajasthan.

Why do you want to form a Private Limited Company? You should know that in the Partnership firm the partners can withdraw the money but once it is covered into a company this freedom shall be withdrawn.. So think before converting into company
