Income taxable in the hands of member of legislative council

21 May 2016 Sir/Mam,

Income received from Karnataka Legislative Council : Salary, Traveling and Daily allowances, Railway allowances, constituency traveling allowances. Please mention the taxablity and exemption for the above mentioned incomes with the provisions of I.T.Act,1961.
