Dear Sir from past 3 years iam filing my returns in ITR2 showing income from salary & income from house property. actually the house belongs to my mother if i dont show income from house property from this financial year is there any issue occur if happens what i want to do.

Do not show HP Income now onwards in your IT Return as it is not your Income.
