09 April 2014 Presently i am working with cost accountant firm and where i get the salary through cheque payment as salary is not in taxble limit so there is no tds and no form 16 so i want to file my income tax return.Is it possible for me to file my income tax return without form 16?

09 April 2014 you can get salary certificate from employer then you can file return

10 April 2014 so can i mention the employer details in income tax return or not? as it required all details like TAN no of employer,name of employer and salary details & tax details
