Income tax return filed in 1970

My client has filed his IT return from 1970 onwards. ( He was not my client in 1970 ) I require the copy of the return for arguing a legal property case. Can you suggest and advise how to get the copy.

You need to make an request application mentioning the Receipt No of the concerned Financial Year before the ITO.I think ITO may give you the details.
