18 February 2011 sir, i want to flie a income tax retrun for assessment year 2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11 so please can fill a return and what penelitises are incurred which year

18 February 2011 you cannot file return for the Assessment Year 2008-09.

Return for the assessment year 2009-10 can be filed within 31st March 2011.

Return for the assessment year 2010-11can be filed within 31st March 2012

If the Return is not submitted within the time allowed u/s 139(1):

Penl Interest u/s 234A
Penalty of Rs.5000/-if sumitted after the

Few loss are not allowed to be carried forward if sumittted after due date.
