18 January 2011 can i file the income tax return for f.y. 2008-09(proprietorship) and what will be the consequences on that? pls advise me.

18 January 2011 You can file your Return of income till 31.03.2011. however, you may be subject to penalty of Rs. 5000/- if u have taxable income.
