Sir I want to submit income tax return for the assessment year 2011-12 but through on line it is not allowing me . Although as per form 16 TDS was deducted .

25 October 2013 now you can not file return for the A.Y.2011-12.Last date for the same was 31.03.2013

25 October 2013 Well you cannot file tax return for AY 2011-12 now. However you can claim refund of taxes by following procedure via section 119(2). However, please use it only in case of tax amount is high. Else dont waste time.

procedure under 119(2) is complicated, time consuming and costly as you may have to hire a tax consultant for the same.
