01 September 2013 One assessee not filed his I.T return Since A.Y 2009-10 but he is liable to furnish return under Income Tax Act.
What to do now??

01 September 2013 The assessee has business income and TDS has been deducted subsequently. Probably after booking the all expenses the assessee should get refund.Can you tell me, is there any penalties will be impose or not for delayed filling??
