I Filed My return on 20/01/2016 for the assessment year 2013-14, what are the consequences occurs in future for this late return, and i filed my return U/s 142(1) but i didn't have received any notice under that section. Please answer my question... Thank you...

well stating that you received a notice under 142(1) without actually receiving one is misrepresentation of facts. So if the department notices the same, they can levy penalties under the act.
