Association of Persons (AOP) - When persons combine together to carry on a joint activities and they do not constitute partnership firm, they are assessable as an Association of Persons. Example – Co-operative housing society
Artificial Juridicial Person (AJP) - If an assessee is not been able to put under the purview of any of the other categories defined as Person then it is regarded as an artificial Juridical Person. God, Idols and deities (devi-devtas) are the examples of Artificial Judicial Persons, University approved by Law etc.
