Income Tax Refund

22 April 2010 If a man's yearly income is aroundRs. 190000/- for f.y. 2009 -10. He is in the profession. and he paid LIC premium Rs. 45000/- in that year. and the company is deducted TDS around Rs.20000/-. So is it necessary that for claiming income tax refund the ITR is attested by a Chartered Account. Can any person without having CA degree able to file this return and claim for income tax refund?

22 April 2010 ANY BODY CAN FILE THIS RETURN. EVEN YOU YOUR SELF CAN FILE THIS RETURN SHOWING A REFUND OF RS 20000/-.
