Is anybody has any procedure, how to claim refund of tax after filing of return.

Dear Sir
There is no specific procedure for claiming refund. Refund is provided by way of cheque or directly into account( depending upon choice you have mentioned in ITR)
In any case, you can simple write an application with details of ITR and give it to ITO of your area with copy of your acknowledgment for knowing the current status

yes.there is no procedure once the assessment over the refund will credit your account
