Hello Employer paid income tax to government and salary dues are not cleared. If salary dues are taken into consideration then i will be out of tax bracket.
Whom to complain and how to get salaries cleared please guide.

Thank you Amol and Rupesh for response. Is there any other way than civil suit? Can I report it to Income tax department? because tax is paid when there is no income in first place.

Things may NOT be as they appear or look like. It is a very remote situation that although TAX is paid, salary is not claimed as expenses by your employer. (Salary is NOT paid is sure as you say it.) The case of Kingfisher is well known in this context. Now you have to take a call, depending upon the situation at your end. If you want to pressurise your employer then you can inform the same to IT department. But mind well IT dept has got no right to make your employer PAY the salary.
