Income tax on foreign remittance

I am serving in dubai since June 2011 and sending remittance through Money Exchange in my savings bank account in India. Is there any new provision introduced by IT Department which restrict such transfers?
Do I have to send remittance s to NRE account only? please reply with necessary circular/notifications. .. Thanks in advance.

I think you are NRI and if you are sending the remittance in NRE account then no problem no tax is applicable
