Pls guide me what is the rate of income tax on companies.

Pls give me the bifurcation i.e rate of income tax, education cess and surchage etc.

27 March 2009 If the company is a domestic company

Rate of TAx is 30%

If income exceeds 1 Crore then surcharge at 10% on above income tax.

Primary education cess - 2%
Secondary education cess - 1%
On income tax + surcharge.
