I am in an appeal with CIT(A) I want a case law for expenses claimed of Rs.32589/- in front of the professional income of Rs. 96000/-. Can any one send any case law for this.

14 December 2009 If expenses are genuine one and supported with the vouchers; then these cannot be disallowed.

The question is related to the facts and the facts should be brought to the notice of the CIT (A).
