18 June 2012 Sir,
Can a practicing CA appear before ITAT in any part of India? E.g. Can a practicing CA of Mumbai appear before ITAT of Delhi or permission is required?

18 June 2012 Yes,
A practising Chartered Accountant is eligible to appear before ITAT/CESTAT etc. Tribunal does not bar him/her from appearing before it.

However, they are not allowed to appear before courts of law where only advocates can appear.
