We (myself & wife) have taken joint loan and paying housing loan interest Of Rs.350000/- & principal amount of Rs. 250000/- we have joing loan account so can we both claim income tax benefit on interest rs.150000/- and principal of rs.100000/- sepratly ?

If u & ur wife are jount owner of the property than u both can claim benefit for the same.
