I wish to clarify adoubt regarding Tax Audit Report.
i.e. There is a question regarding Assessed Income of Previous Years as per Order Issued by ITD.
Shall I take the intimation received U/s 143(1) as order from ITD.

08 October 2014 if the time limit for issuance of 143(2) notice has expired, then 143(1) intimation is final assessment. so you may use it as order from ITD.
