Sir,
I was a director with a Pvt Ltd co. From April 2010 to Nov 13. I was been paid a nominal amount as salary during these period. Total Remuneration was not paid in this period. After a prolonged court case, the company now offer me a out of court settlement.
Now the Question is what are my income tax liability and how do I file the returns.
Please help.

its depend on the amount which nature they give you. most prob. they give as salary after deducting the TDS.
