I HAVE PURCHASED FLAT FOR VALUE OF RS 80,00,000/- JOINTLY WITH MY SON BOTH HAVE CONTRIBUTED RS 40,00,000/- BEING 50% SHARE MENTIONED IN THE AGREEMENT REGISTERED WHETHER WE BOTH ARE LIABLE TO DEDUCTION TDS@1% U/S194IA SINCE CONSIDERTION IS MORE THAN 50 LAKHS PL CLERIFY.
