If anyone received income in cash like -Give tution at home to student & receive fees in cash monthly basis. Is it legal. Can file ITR 4. There have no any documentation of fees received.

yes ajay you can file return of income from tution fees as income under the business & profession head or income under the head other sources.
ITR-4 will be applicable in case of tution income.
