Pl let me know the difference between arrears of rent and unrealised rent

* Arrears of rent means when you have increased the rent with retrospective effect.all the increased rent received relating to previous years is known as arrears of rent.
* Unrealised rent is a kind of bad debt.ie all those rent which were due but have not received till date.
